Will my membership/subscription with another ambulance company apply to my bill?
We honor memberships from most surrounding ambulance organizations in Berks County. For further details, contact our main office. Memberships apply depending on Where we picked you up and What type of service you received.
I have a subscriptions plan with Kutztown Area Transport Service, why did I get a bill?
Your subscription applies to several emergency and non-emergency services that are deemed medically necessary. We may not have your current insurance information or it is a balance that your subscription does not cover. Please call our office or complete the reverse of your invoice and mail back.
Must I pay my account all at once or can I pay it over time?
We will submit to any available insurance source, however if a balance still remains, we do offer flexible monthly payment options which can be paid by check or credit card.
Are all of your services covered by insurance?
We offer several services that are typically not covered by insurance plans. You should check with your insurance carrier prior to service to verify if it is covered. Please call our office so that we can address your specific situation.
I received a check in the mail from my insurance company. Is this my money to keep?
